Chicken Spaghetti

I don't like ground beef. I don't like the looks of it, I don't like the thought of it... I don't want it. SOOO... here's my SWEET version of spaghetti, but with chicken.

Chicken Spaghetti - serves 2

1 C. Spaghetti Sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
3-ish chicken breasts
Olive oil
1/2 onion
Salt
Pepper
Pasta of your choice
Fetta Cheese

1. Cook the pasta.
2. Finely chop the onion. Cut your thawed chicken breasts into bite size chunks. Saute together in Olive oil with salt and pepper until chicken is slightly browned and onions are translucent.
3. Warm up the diced tomatoes and spaghetti sauce in a saucepan.
4. Serve HOT and layered in the following order: Pasta, Tomato Sauce, Chicken, Fetta Cheese.
5. Options: add more/different seasonings, serve with toast, incorporate green peppers into the mix. MAKE IT YOURS!

Will have to try. Love it. I like the layering idea and the chicken...have you ever had spaghetti sauce with spaghetti squash?? It actually tastes better than noodles.
